Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our team in an established, high-demand role. This is a great opportunity to walk into a strong patient base and quickly become part of a practice that is deeply rooted in the community.
This position offers a predictable outpatient schedule, light shared call, and no hospital responsibilities. You will have the ability to focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
We are looking for a physician who is clinically strong, collaborative, and committed to relationship-driven pediatrics.
What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
  • Manage a consistent patient panel and build long-term relationships with families
  • Collaborate closely with fellow pediatricians, APPs, and clinical staff
  • Participate in a light, rotating call schedule
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using eClinicalWorks EMR
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

What We're Looking For
  • MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Active Georgia license or ability to obtain
  • Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Interest in building a long-term role within the community
