• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids, replacing batteries as needed, etc.
• Taking initial photos of new inventory
• Managing the physical layout, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the lot
• Drive vehicles to and from the lot as needed
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability of complete all employment testing including background check and drug screening

• I-CAN Kids – Arrow Ford provides free childcare for its employees through the I-CAN Kids program. I-CAN Kids is an on-site child recreation program for school aged children. Afterschool care is offered throughout the school year as well as fulltime childcare on Saturdays, holidays, bad weather days, and during the summer holiday. Arrow leadership understands the financial burden that childcare can put on a family, especially finding a program that is flexible to the dealership schedule.
