These roles involve managing, configuring, or troubleshooting network devices and protocols to ensure proper communication between devices on a local network. Professionals working with ARP may hold titles such as network engineer, network administrator, or systems engineer, and are responsible for maintaining efficient network operations and resolving IP address conflicts. Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and hands-on experience with network hardware and protocols are essential for these roles.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an ARP?

To thrive as an Accounts Receivable Professional, you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a background in accounting or finance, often supported by a relevant degree or certification. Proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle, and familiarity with spreadsheets and financial management systems, is typically required. Description:

Assistant Regional Leader – Vegas Region

About the Role
Platinum Dental Services is growing in Nevada, and we’re looking for an Assistant Regional Partner (ARP) to support multiple dental practices in the region. This role is perfect for someone who loves developing leaders, driving results, and making a real impact on both people and practice performance.

As an ARP, you’ll partner with our regional leader, clinical and administrative teams to create thriving, patient-focused practices while achieving strong financial outcomes.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000 per year
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to regional results. Additional details about the bonus structure will be discussed during the interview and offer process.
What You’ll Do
  • Oversee a group of dental practices within the Colorado region (with the expectation of adding additional locations as you are trained and ramped).
  • Support and develop practice leadership (office managers, lead assistants, hygienists, and doctor leaders) to run high-performing, patient-centered practices.
  • Provide hands-on training and coaching in all aspects of practice management as needed (operations, patient experience, scheduling, collections, etc.).
  • Monitor key performance metrics and work with practice leaders to hit growth and profitability targets for your region.
  • Drive consistent implementation of systems, processes, and best practices across all locations you support.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and participate in weekly leadership and “Train the Trainer” meetings (held virtually or at a designated office), as well as other leadership trainings.
  • Model Platinum’s core values in your leadership, decision-making, and daily interactions.
  • Be present in the practices you oversee: this is an in-office, boots-on-the-ground role, not a remote position.

  • Primarily in-office at the practices you support, Monday–Friday.
  • Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed for trainings or urgent regional needs.
Requirements:What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in dental, healthcare, or multi-site operations leadership highly preferred (e.g., Practice Manager, Office Manager, Regional Manager, or similar).
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and coaching teams.
  • Solid business and financial acumen, with comfort working toward growth and profitability goals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple locations and priorities at once.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between practices within the Colorado region.
