Job description

Family Access Center is looking for a Substance Use Disorder/Addictions Counselor in the Sioux City office.


$4500 sign-on bonus paid out in three payments within the first three months of employment.


This position is Monday through Friday and requires the ability to work 3-4 evenings per week until 8 pm.

Ability to earn an additional $1500 monthly based on productivity after 90 days.

Temporary CADC, CADC, IADC, LBSW, or IAADC License in Iowa.



  • Provide substance abuse assessments, treatment planning, and discharge of clients.
  • Make clinical recommendations.
  • Follow ASAM criteria.
  • Submit insurance authorizations.
  • Provide individual and group substance abuse therapy.
