Overview:

We're currently seeking an in-house Recruiter to join our growing HR team. This person will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and building relationships with prospects, to attracting, interviewing and hiring the best PR practitioners across the financial and professional services sectors. As a recruiter, you will maintain a robust pipeline of talent that will drive the seamless integration of employees into Prosek's dynamic and growing culture.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively source, engage and cultivate relationships with both active and passive talent, building a robust pipeline of candidates across practices, disciplines and experience levels, with a focus on junior-level hiring.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and arrange strategic interview lineups based on candidates' background and experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates moving through the interview process and provide a "white glove" interviewing experience
  • Partner with HR leadership on compensation recommendations, extend offers, manage candidate expectations and navigate offer negotiations through close.
  • Support various projects such as brainstorming non-traditional recruiting tactics, strategic sourcing, and building diverse talent pipelines
  • Develop and update job descriptions as needed and post to appropriate job boards and portals
  • Monitor talent market trends, competitor hiring activity and recruiting best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the broader HR team

 

What makes you qualified:

  • You have 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition; ideally, you have experience recruiting talent in the communications field
  • You hold a B.A. or B.S. in a related field
  • You are proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Greenhouse)
  • You possess great organization and time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • You have showcased the ability to engage, interview and close entry-level candidates
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You're a team player with the willingness to work collaboratively alongside peers

The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000-125,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
