Familiarity with systems such as the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), Procurement Desktop-Defense (PD2), and other government contract management tools is essential. Strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and attention to detail, combined with ethical judgment and teamwork, distinguish top performers in this field.
