Whether you have previous press operation experience or are looking for an opportunity to learn a skilled manufacturing trade, we offer training, career growth, and a team-focused environment where safety and quality come first.

What You'll Do

As a Press Operator, you'll play a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating stamping presses and metal-forming equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate stamping presses and secondary metal processing equipment
  • Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Make minor feeder and stock guide adjustments to maintain proper material flow
  • Run both single-stroke hand-feed and automatic press operations
  • Perform in-process inspections to verify part quality and minimize scrap
  • Ensure parts are produced accurately according to engineering specifications and prints
  • Conduct daily machine safety inspections
  • Perform data entry and production reporting within company systems
  • Operate a forklift regularly to move materials and finished products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor
