Central Security Agency is a Illinois licensed security agency that consists of a team of professional security experts who provide business owners with the optimum level of protection for their high-risk, high-value assets. Central Security is looking for security professionals that possess superior customer service skills as they are a perquisite for employment. Serving our partners is our top priority. We strive to provide clients with industry safeguards and bespoke solutions to operate their business in the proper manner.

Duties Include: (but not limited to)

· Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules

· Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on the organization's needs.

· Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security

· Warn violators of premise rules and regulations

· Knowledge of security operations and procedures

· Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes

· Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

· Perform security patrols of external and internal areas of locations.

· Monitor surveillance and security alarm systems.

· Provide assistance to business owners in emergency situations.

· Keep detailed logs and records of incidents at assigned locations.

· Other duties assigned by Central Security Management

Qualifications:

· Valid PERC card

· Previous experience as an Un-armed Security Guard is preferred

· High school diploma/GED

· Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures

· Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability

· Ability to operate surveillance equipment

· High level of integrity and professionalism

· Attention to detail and strong observational skills

· Ability to work without direct supervision

Schedule:
Available shifts include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Must be flexible and dependable
