Our Security Team plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and exceptional experience for Members, guests, and Team Members every day.Position SummaryAre you looking for a career, not just a job? The Junior Security Officer is the entry point into our Security Career Progression Program. You'll receive hands-on training, develop professional security skills, and work alongside experienced officers while learning to protect people, property, and Club assets.What You'll DoPatrol Club facilities and grounds.Provide exceptional Member and guest service.Monitor entrances, parking areas, access points, and security camera systems.Respond to routine calls for service and emergencies.Prepare accurate incident reports.Support tournaments, special events, and VIP functions.Learn Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Work collaboratively with Security leadership and fellow officers.What We're Looking ForPositive attitude and strong customer service skills.Excellent communication and professionalism.Ability to remain calm under pressure.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to obtain and maintain Maryland Security Guard Certification.Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.Previous security or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.What the Role Looks Like Day to DayThis is an active role that takes you throughout our beautiful Club property. To be successful in this position, you should be comfortable:Walking and standing for extended periods while completing patrols. Moving throughout Club buildings, grounds, parking areas, and facilities, including climbing stairs. Working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Occasionally lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
