Individuals work as independent contractors, providing support for various client companies from their own homes. These jobs typically involve answering customer inquiries, handling technical support, or assisting with sales via phone, chat, or email. To get started, applicants usually need to pass a background check, complete certification courses specific to the client, and have the necessary equipment such as a computer and a reliable internet connection.
