ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • We are seeking a full-time, in-person Paralegal to join our Employment Litigation team. The Employment Paralegal will work closely with attorneys on matters, assisting with legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing complex case files


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience with legal document preparation and document review
  • Strong legal research skills
  • Experience drafting pleadings and motions
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation or employment paralegal
