Wireless Bilingual Retail Area Manager
Compensation: $50,000 and up
Crown Wireless Corp, a leading authorized retailer for Cricket Wireless has an immediate opening for an Area Manager to be responsible for a group of locations in the area. As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing your district. This includes in person coaching, mentoring, and leading your team to achieve monthly sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire and develop top sales individuals for their location.
  • Consistent 2-way communication for direction and feedback is practiced at all levels.
  • Direct and oversee all communication within your assigned locations.
  • Determine, communicate, and hold the sales associates accountable for sales goals.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled store visits according to established company guidelines to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Model, promote and reinforce service expectations to deliver overall customer service satisfaction.
  • Provide education and coaching to store associates to improve operational and personnel sales skills.
  • Lead teams by constant focus on ensuring positive interactions with all customers to ensure referrals and add on sales.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and store standards for appearance within the region.
  • Manage time, establish priorities, and delegate effectively to meet goals and objectives.
  • Partners with store managers or appropriate corporate contact to resolve issues.
  • Handle employee issues to ensure compliance of all laws and company policies.
  • Partner with the sales associates to take action to maximize revenues and control costs at or better than budget.
  • Maintain an awareness of external factors (i.e. competitive environment) that may affect/contribute to the store profitability and communicate with corporate.
  • Ensure that all loss prevention and shrink procedures are adhered to and that chain specific shrink goals are achieved and safeguard company assets.
  • Meet deadlines in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in an organized, efficient manner.
  • Provide your sales team with the proper tools and resources to be successful in their jobs
Position Requirements
  • Minimum one year in a direct-sales or service-oriented retail management position.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership and sales focus. Passion for developing and positively motivating a sales team to drive superior customer experiences while exceeding sales goals.
  • Sets a comfortable tone and encourages open communication. Listens attentively and actively to customer requirements amp; expectations.
  • Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.
  • Excellent people skills. Interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people.
  • Pursues work with insatiable energy and drive.
  • Can explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.
  • Has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • Presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing message on customer needs and expectations.
  • Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Available to store needs during open business hours.
  • Must be able to pass a background.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bilingual: Spanish speaking is required.
