Job Title: Technical Delivery & Operations Manager

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000

We are partnering with a longtime client seeking a Technical Delivery & Operations Manager to lead Agile product delivery operations and manage a cross-functional software development team.

This role is responsible for overseeing sprint execution, product operations, stakeholder collaboration, and team leadership while ensuring timely, high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers and a product designer
  • Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies
  • Serve as Scrum Master and support Agile best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and timelines
  • Translate business needs into epics and user stories
  • Manage product delivery timelines and help resolve development blockers
  • Support testing, deployment readiness, and bug triage
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and product changes to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Experience leading software development or technical teams
  • Strong Agile/Scrum and project management experience
