Summit Idealease in Kansas City, MO is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, customer-oriented individual who can work in a team environment as a Lease and Rental Administrator.
Responsible for overall Leasing office activities and assistance with the reception area. Gathers information for reporting purposes. Maintains good customer service, contacts prospects and customers to solicit additional business and builds positive customer relationships. Assists the Rental Manager, Area Operations Director, Lease Manager, and Service Manager with various Departmental duties.
Responsibilities:
  • Gathers information for monthly billing, lease statements for CSO as needed.
  • Record fuel drops as needed (EFT’s amp; JE’s) and report current mpg cost to rental/service
  • Daily fuel billing and reconciliation
  • Data entry, monitor the phones, prepare files, electronic communication internally and externally.
  • Manage trip records and troubleshoot billing issues
  • Prepare any reports as needed
  • Enter purchase orders for Service Department
  • Collection calls and involvement as needed form direction of CSO, Leasing Manager, Service Manager, and/or Area Operations Director.
  • Register trucks for rebates, verify completion, accrue rebates-record receipt of rebates/monitor, and warranty validation and status on new equipment.
  • Monitor lease truck insurance certificates, license and permits, and registrations.
  • Asset management, rental billing, daily yard check and utilization reports.
  • Review accounting information and rebill customers as necessary.
  • Daily yard checks-physically walking the yard
  • Rental reservations, and rental check in / out
  • Rental damage process
  • DTR’s – lease amp; rental
  • Verify and monitor Certificate of Insurance (COI) for lease amp; rental units
  • Submitting credit applications and new account set up
  • PM notifications for rental fleet

Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent work experience. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Proven detail oriented and results-driven sales person with the ability to prioritize and handle numerous tasks simultaneously.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and deal with people.
  • Capacity to analyze equipment utilization, revenue, projections and production.
  • Valid Drivers license required.
