Job description

Our Greater Boston area client is looking for a Project Manager for an immediate full time hire; this role is onsite 5 days a week--you'll work with teams across Account and Creative to ensure projects' exceed client expectations, are on budget and on time. Looking for at least fives previous experience working with tradeshows or conferences, and previous experiential agency experience is a plus!
Day in the life:
  • Be the primarypoint-of-contact for on-site supervisors with production-related questions on specific projects.
  • Review client schedules and forecasts with internal teams
  • Drive project production launch process to ensure timely and effective project launches.
  • Lead the production launch meetings providing each department received the information needed to execute their portion of the project.
  • Work with Detailing, and approving all construction drawings before actual production.
  • Help to establish installation schedules
  • Manage client previews as required and participate in design launch meetings.
  • Participatein weekly client calls, client planning calls, etc.
  • Oversee quality control process, administering quality assurance review procedures for all deliverables.
  • Work closely with the estimating and account services teams to proactively identify and implement potential cost saving measures
  • Manage the production and scheduling of projects both big and small with minimal supervision
Looking for:
  • 5+ years experience working in tradeshows, conferences or other experiential PM experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret CAD (Computer-Aided-Design) technical drawings
  • Ability and willingness to travel if needed
