Job description

Lead and optimize daily ready mix operations across multiple facilities to achieve safety, production, quality, and customer service objectives.

Drive a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through effective leadership and accountability.

Collaborate with plant, sales, dispatch, and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction.

Analyze operational performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve productivity and profitability.

Develop, coach, and support employees while fostering engagement, teamwork, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated capability to lead multi-site operations and deliver strong business results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of operational processes, workforce planning, safety programs, and performance management practices.

Proven ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and implement effective operational improvements.

Effective communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
