Job Description • Restaurant Operations • Full-Time, Exempt

POSITION PURPOSE

To effectively lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to provide exceptional guest service, grow sales, and attain profit goals — working within the framework and expectations of Prime QSR's values and policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•     Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise. Conduct a Daily Business Review on every restaurant call.

•     Ensure restaurants are 100% staffed at levels with quality, friendly teams who are scheduled effectively.

•     Increase sales by teaching, training, and coaching teams to deliver outstanding Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service. Conduct an Area Operations Review (AOR) at each restaurant every quarter.

•     Ensure a bench of “A” players through effective execution of all training and development programs and succession planning.

•     Attain the District P&L Budget Plan. Ensure profitability of restaurants by reviewing weekly and periodic paperwork to confirm all controls are in place and reported numbers are accurate.

•     Work lunch and dinner shifts. Ensure every restaurant delivers exceptional guest service through strong shift leadership, consistent systems, and a hands-on District Manager approach.

•     Recruit and hire management to staff all restaurants, and maintain a bench of talent for future growth.

•     Ensure all marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements. Schedule and lead all new product training and follow-up.

•     Provide leadership by fostering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment to Prime QSR's objectives.

•     Audit inventory at each restaurant quarterly. Ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and all equipment is kept in excellent condition using approved vendors.

•     Prepare, with the participation of General Managers, an annual forecast of sales and profits prior to the start of each year.

QUALIFICATIONS

•     Minimum four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience, including direct supervision of multiple General Managers across restaurant units.

•     High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.

•     Proven track record developing creative, targeted sales-building strategies.

•     Strong conflict-resolution skills.

•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•     Physical ability to work in a restaurant environment, including standing, walking, and lifting as needed.

•     Valid driver's license.
