Full Job Description
We are looking for a flexible Field Supervisor to oversee multiple sites. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for upholding the standards and will be the sites' first point of contact. We're looking for a candidate with problem-solving skills and the ability to fill in any opening when needed.

This position pays $18 per hour. Melbourne/Rockledge area

Must have Class "D" Security Officer License.

Must have a clean driving record.

This position's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Protect the clients' interests within the limits of the facility and protect the lives and property of employees and visitors.
Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
Prepare reports daily as trained and turn them in to the proper contacts.
Access control duties.
Monitor and control access to the property as required by post orders.
Notify proper authorities in all cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders.
Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.

Applicants must possess a valid Security Officer D License from the State of Florida. Must also be 21 years of age, a High School graduate or have attained a GED, be a US Citizen or are authorized to work in the US, and successfully pass a pre-hire background and drug screening.

Applicants must have reliable transportation to work and be prepared to be professional at all times.
