Business Development Manager Job Summary:
โ€ข Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
โ€ข Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
โ€ข Office-based with approximately 60-70% field time
โ€ข Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve market growth objectives
โ€ข Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting activities
โ€ข Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying workforce solutions
โ€ข Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and discovery discussions
โ€ข Negotiate pricing and service agreements while maintaining profitability goals
โ€ข Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery
โ€ข Participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand market presence
โ€ข Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting
