  • Educate customers through product presentations, live demonstrations, and participation in industry trade shows.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategic business plans that drive mutual growth and long-term success.
  • Plan and execute territory strategies to increase market share and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and actively manage territory performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide in-service training and ongoing education to ensure successful product adoption and utilization.
  • Accurately track, manage, and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and results in a timely manner.
  • Support customers post-sale by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Field Service and internal teams to support customer needs and optimize outcomes.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to conduct business and maintain customer engagement.
  • Drive territory growth through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and on-site visits to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate Sciton’s product indications, efficacy, and safety, clearly articulating how solutions meet client and end-customer needs.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–3 years of successful outside capital equipment sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect effectively, including confident cold calling and persistent follow-up.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven professional who takes initiative while responding well to coaching and direction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Consistent ability to generate high-quality leads and convert opportunities into closed business.
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Advanced prospecting, territory management, selling, and closing skills.
  • Dedicated to ongoing personal and professional development.
  • Effective communicator and active listener with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Highly organized and self-disciplined, with accurate and timely sales tracking and reporting practices.
  • Honest, coachable, and collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
