The Opportunity

This role responsible for a variety of manufacturing support functions involving the production of biological buffer reagents that are subsequently used in downstream manufacturing of ARDx Biologics finished good products. This role is also responsible for the operation of basic lab equipment required for buffer manufacturing, glassware cleaning and preparation, and material/supply stocking.

What You'll Do

  • Cleaning of GMP glassware as necessary, following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Cleaning of equipment as directed, following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Production of buffer reagents used for downstream production as directed, following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Obtain and stock laboratory supplies as directed.
  • Maintain documentation and records in an accurate, timely and thorough manner.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, manufacturing policies and procedures. Operate under strict QSR and ISO compliance.
  • Demonstrates commitment to the development, implementation and effectiveness of ARDx Quality Management System per ISO, FDA, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Understands and is aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job; has awareness of device defects that may occur in their area of responsibility, including product design, verification and validation, manufacturing and testing activities.
  • Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices; build productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree ( 13 years)
  • 0 to 1 years of experience
  • Training in the operation of lab equipment and use of lab chemicals and tools.
