At Arctic Wolf, you won't just watch the cybersecurity industry evolve - you'll help lead the change. Our global Pack is made up of people who thrive on solving hard problems, moving fast, and building technology that protects organizations around the world. We're proud to be recognized by Forbes, CNBC, Fortune, CRN, Gartner Peer Insights and IDC MarketScape - but what matters most is the work behind it: delivering real outcomes for customers through award winning innovation like our Aurora Platform.
If you're looking for meaningful work, smart teammates and the chance to make a real impact in a high-growth company that's redefining security operations, Arctic Wolf is the right place for you!
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of FP&A to lead and support our global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role will serve as a key partner to our GTM leadership team, including our CRO, helping shape the strategy, operating rhythm, and performance of the business.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the GTM finance function during a critical phase of growth. As a senior leader within Finance, you will play a central role in driving how we scale revenue globally - bringing clarity to our growth strategy, ensuring disciplined execution, and helping position Arctic Wolf for its next stage of expansion.
What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership
  • Act as the primary finance partner to global GTM leadership, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Partner closely with the CRO to translate growth ambitions into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Influence key decisions through clear financial insights, scenario modeling, and strategic guidance

Planning & Forecasting
  • Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the GTM organization
  • Build scalable revenue, pipeline, and capacity models to support a growing global business
  • Drive alignment across GTM leaders on targets, investment priorities, and performance expectations

Revenue Growth & Performance
  • Analyze pipeline, conversion, and productivity metrics to identify opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Partner with RevOps and GTM leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and visibility
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that drive accountability and performance

Investment Optimization
  • Evaluate ROI on GTM investments, including headcount, marketing spend, and programs
  • Recommend resource allocation strategies to maximize growth and efficiency
  • Support pricing, packaging, and territory strategies through financial analysis

Leadership & Team Building
  • Build and scale a high-performing FP&A team aligned to the GTM organization
  • Establish strong operating rhythms, tools, and processes to support a fast-growing business
  • Develop talent and foster a collaborative, business-oriented finance culture

What You Bring
  • 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with a strong track record supporting high-growth, global GTM organizations
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and cybersecurity business models, including key revenue drivers and operating metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic, data-informed decision-making
  • Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning in dynamic environments, including the use of AI and advanced analytics to improve accuracy and speed of insights
  • Proven success leveraging data, automation, and AI-driven tools to streamline planning processes, enhance forecasting, and surface actionable insights
  • Proven success operating in fast-paced, high-growth organizations with evolving priorities
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data and AI-driven insights into clear, actionable business recommendations

Why This Role Matters
This role sits at the center of Arctic Wolf's next phase of growth. You'll have the opportunity to build and shape the GTM finance function, partner directly with the CRO and leadership team, and play a key role in how we scale revenue globally.
We're at an inflection point - growing at scale, with a clear ambition to accelerate - and this role will help define how we get there. From setting strategy to driving execution, you won't just be reporting on results - you'll be helping create them.
For someone who wants to build, influence at the highest levels, and have a tangible impact on the trajectory of a global business, this is a unique opportunity to be part of what comes next at Arctic Wolf.
**This role can be based in our Eden Prairie, MN headquarters or performed remotely, depending on candidate preference.**
