Oracle EPM ARCS Implementation Consultant
Location: USA (EST Time Zone Preferred)
Work Mode: Remote
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM ARCS Implementation Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end ARCS implementations, configure reconciliation processes, and support integrations with Oracle Fusion and related financial systems.
The consultant should possess deep finance domain knowledge, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM ARCS implementation, configuration, and deployment
  • Design, build, and manage reconciliation profiles aligned with business requirements
  • Configure and manage account groupings and account hierarchies within ARCS
  • Implement and support integrations between ARCS and Oracle Fusion
  • Configure and maintain:
    • FX Rate integrations and setups
    • Intercompany reconciliation processes
    • Automated reconciliation workflows
  • Utilize EPM Automate and scripting for automation and operational efficiency
  • Translate finance and business requirements into ARCS configurations and technical solutions
  • Support financial close and balance sheet reconciliation processes
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM ARCS implementations
  • Expertise in reconciliation profile setup and management
  • Experience configuring account hierarchies and account groupings
  • Proven experience integrating ARCS with Oracle Fusion
