Job description

Arcon Equipment Co., a subsidiary of All Lift Service Company, is hiring a motivated Industrial Battery & Charger Service Technician to join our growing team.

If you enjoy working with your hands, solving mechanical and electrical problems, and want to build a long-term career with a company that invests in its people, we'd like to hear from you.

In this role, you'll perform planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial batteries and battery charging systems — both in our shop and at customer locations. Battery and charger experience is a plus, but what matters most is dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We'll train the right person.

What You'll Do
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on industrial batteries and chargers
  • Diagnose and repair battery and charging system issues
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment in the field and in the shop
  • Complete accurate service reports and communicate findings clearly with customers
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
  • Represent Arcon Equipment Co. with outstanding customer service
What You Bring
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment
  • Battery and charger experience is a plus, but not required
  • Your own hand tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to grow
Schedule & Pay
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 40+ hours per week with overtime available
  • Weekly pay — $25–$32/hour based on experience
