All underpinned by technology created with purpose.## YOUR ROLEOur professionals help clients enable digital transformation, improve agility, ensure technology supports business objectives and create sustainable and future-ready organizations by building robust strategies, establishing governance models, and driving innovation.As a (Senior) Manager, you will work closely with business and technology leaders to bridge strategy and execution, ensuring organizations can adapt and thrive in an evolving digital landscape.Key tasks for this role include:**Leading enterprise architecture projects*** Work with clients to assess their enterprise architecture and application needs and design practical solutions that align with business objectives* Support the development and implementation of architecture strategies, frameworks, and governance models to enable digital transformation* Conduct architecture assessments and capability reviews to identify gaps and recommend improvements* Assist in defining roadmaps and action plans for enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies* Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that combine business, technology, and organizational perspectives* Stay informed about enterprise architecture trends, frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate), cloud architectures, and emerging technologies to provide relevant, future-proof insights* Follow the evolution of AI and assess how it can be leveraged within architecture landscapes, as well as how AI capabilities reshape and influence modern enterprise architectures.**Business Development*** Support growth of the enterprise architecture capability within Enterprise Transformation through thought leadership and client development* Identify enterprise architecture opportunities within existing engagements* Collaborate on proposals showcasing Capgemini Invent's enterprise architecture expertise* Build strong relationships with client decision-makers to understand challenges and propose solutions**Network and Knowledge Management*** Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and technology partners* Participate in industry events and contribute to enterprise architecture thought leadership* Share expertise and best practices through internal knowledge bases and content creation## YOUR PROFILE* 4–10 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy* Solid understanding of key architecture principles, frameworks, and standards (TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN, etc.)* Familiarity with IT governance models, technology trends, and digital transformation practices* Experience in conducting architecture maturity assessments, capability modeling, or roadmap development* Strong project management skills in line with industry standards (recognized certifications like PRINCE2, PMP are a plus)* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Strong business acumen and sharp client-facing communication/interpersonal skills* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field* Fluent in English and at least French or Dutch## WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE* Flexibility & Autonomy: Work from clients, from home, from Capgemini office or even sometimes from abroad to work the way that works for you.* High-Impact & Ownership: Drive meaningful change by implementing bold strategies and delivering measurable value for clients through complex transformation programs.* Cross‑Industry Leadership: Lead high‑impact initiatives that integrate strategy, engineering and technology across multiple industries.* Global Collaboration: Work across global teams and brands, expanding your network through programs like InventX and contributing to international transformation efforts## ABOUT CAPGEMINICapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
