We’re Hiring: Architecture Student Intern


We are looking for a highly motivated 2nd- or 3rd-year Architecture student to join our team and work on real-world residential development and renovation projects in Seattle.


This internship is designed for students who want hands-on experience beyond the classroom and are excited about the intersection of:

What You’ll Do


  • Conduct zoning and land-use research for residential projects

  • Evaluate project feasibility and development potential

  • Assist with city permitting and approval processes

  • Support schematic design and construction documentation

  • Coordinate with structural and civil engineers

  • Work directly with project managers on active projects
