Who We Are Looking For:
Our preferred candidate will have prior experience in the AEC industry, and an interest in working in a dynamic global design environment with a diverse range of public assembly building types, including sports venues, convention centers, and transportation facilities.
This position will be open for a minimum of two (2) days and will remain open until filled. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is closed.
What Your Day Could Consist Of:
Design Conceptualization and Development
  • Support the creation and development of design concepts across various project types.
  • Produce diagrams, digital models, presentation materials, and other production work to bring ideas to life.
Design Review and Critique
  • Collaborate with the team to review and provide feedback on early-phase design concepts, contributing to their refinement.
Documentation and Technical Support
  • Assist in the production of design development documents, construction models, and detailed drawings.
  • Contribute to the preparation of construction details in accordance with project specifications.
Research and Innovation
  • Conduct research and support development initiatives as required by the office to enhance project outcomes.
Stakeholder Presentations
  • Prepare and assist in delivering design presentations to clients, communities, public agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements For Success:
  • Outstanding communication skills with a strong team-oriented mindset, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to excel in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Proven proficiency in creative and innovative design thinking, collaborative problem-solving, architectural production, spatial and environmental design, story development, and delivering exceptional design solutions.
  • Preferred experience with rendering and 3D modeling software, such as 3DS Max, SketchUp, and Maxwell Render.
  • Familiarity with Revit is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional sketching and freehand drawing skills, capable of producing quick and impactful sketches to effectively communicate and sell design concepts. Preferred expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to excel in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Professional Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) from an accredited program.
  • 3+ years of professional architectural experience.
Additional Details:
  • Travel will be required.
Compensation:
  • The projected salary range for this opportunity is $78,776 - $86,501 annually.
In accordance with Colorado law, the posted salary range represents a good faith estimate of the compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualification. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses. A comprehensive benefits package is available for this position.
