Job description

We are seeking an experienced Microvellum Engineer / Programmer to develop accurate CNC programs and production documentation for high end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Microvellum software, generating CNC programs for woodworking machinery, interpreting architectural drawings, and supporting manufacturing operations with precise production files.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem solving abilities, and a solid background in cabinet manufacturing.


Key ResponsibilitiesCNC Programming
  • Create accurate CNC programs using Microvellum software for cabinet and millwork production.

  • Generate error free machining files for CNC routers and related woodworking equipment.

  • Produce cut sheets, machining reports, and production documentation.

  • Verify CNC programs before release to production.

Design Interpretation
  • Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, AutoCAD files, and project documentation.

  • Interpret cabinet layouts and construction details.

  • Resolve inconsistencies between project documents and manufacturing requirements.

  • Ensure production files match project specifications.

Manufacturing Support
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and production teams.
