Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Installer to join our commercial roofing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and fabrication of critical metal

components that ensure the structural integrity and watertightness of high-profile

commercial buildings. If you have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in precision

craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.



Core Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Expertly install a variety of commercial roofing metal, including:

    • Edge Metal Coping: Ensuring secure and waterproof perimeter

finishes.


  • Gutters Downspouts: Managing efficient water drainage systems.


  • Flashing Systems: Installing counter flashing and stack flashing around

roof penetrations and wall transitions.


  • Fabrication: Measure, cut, and bend metal details in the shop or on-site to meet

specific project requirements.


  • Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and

local building codes.


  • Safety: Maintain a clean and safe job site, strictly adhering to OSHA standards

and company safety protocols.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in commercial sheet metal installation or

architectural metalwork.


  • Fabrication Expertise: Ability to use hand tools and shop equipment (brakes,

shears, folders) to create custom metal details.


  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings,

and technical specifications.


  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and lifting

up to 50 lbs in various weather conditions.


  • Attention to Detail: Precision in measuring and fitting metal to ensure a

seamless, aesthetic, and functional finish.



Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10 or 30 Certification.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Experience with various materials (Aluminum, Steel, Copper).
