We’re hiring an Architectural Job Captain to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing projects to life. From developing details and coordinating teams to supporting projects through construction. Our Job Captains play a key role in connecting design intent with technical execution, mentoring junior staff, and helping teams move work forward with clarity.

If you’re a detail-oriented architect who enjoys both design and delivery and values thoughtful, collaborative work, we’d love to connect.

Hybrid position based in the Bay Area, including approximately one day per week on-site.
