Job description

Chelsea Architects is seeking qualified individuals to join as a Drafter on our team. We are looking for people who have enthusiastic attitudes and a strong work ethic along with a passion for residential & commercial designs to share in our success!

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop construction documents for permitting
  • Revise architectural plans as marked and thoroughly coordinate all sheets that are affected by any changes
  • Interact with Team Members for projects under construction
  • Ensure established deadlines are met
  • Verify drawings are correct to specifications, codes, and other regulations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience as a Drafter
  • Knowledge of residential & commercial plans and construction drawings preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software required
  • Work well under time constraints
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with a team player attitude
