We're adding an Architectural Project Manager or Architect to join our team in St. Louis (Richmond Heights). - Review project scope with construction project managers
- Provide site and space planning for construction project managers
- Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
- Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants
- Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
- Attend client meetings, and coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
- At least 5-7 years of experience required, with data center project experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Revit and AutoCAD experience required. 3D modeling/rendering preferred
- Licensure not required. GMA supports pursuit of licensure
