Join our Team as an IT BUSINESS PARTNER ARCHITECT!
The Role:
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated IT Business Partner Architect to join our team. In this role, you'll support corporate business applications and enterprise systems by partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, troubleshoot application issues, document requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role participates in system support, enhancement delivery, testing, and operational stabilization activities across enterprise platforms such as SAP and related integrated solutions.
The position requires strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and foundational knowledge of enterprise application environments. The IT Business Partner Architect works under general supervision while contributing to projects, support activities, and process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support SAP and enterprise application operations and incident resolution
  • Gather and document business requirements and process flows
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities
  • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and AMS providers
  • Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and procedures
  • Support governance, compliance, and change management processes

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years supporting enterprise applications, ERP systems, or corporate platforms
  • Foundational understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and business analysis methodologies
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $65, 440 - $83,895 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
