Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Architect/Developer - Backend .NET for a contract role in Doral, FL.
Summary:
This is primarily a Senior Software Developer role, focused heavily on backend .NET. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated leadership, even if they haven't officially held a -Lead- title. In this role, you will interact regularly with Product Owners. The team is primarily structured around PODs.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8-10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3-5 years in a technical lead or enterprise architecture role
* Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure or AWS
* Strong technical leadership experience is important
* Strong knowledge of SQL Server, relational data modeling, and NoSQL databases
* Expert proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Object-Oriented Design
* Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders and product managers
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
