About the Role
We are seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead the technical architecture for a major global digital transformation initiative. This platform will power intelligent search, AI-driven personalization, content governance, and multi-country localization across 60+ websites.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused architecture role working in a complex multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder environment with an active go-live timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Own the complete solution architecture for the Sitecore AI re-platform (content management, DAM, AI search, personalization, and SSO/authentication).
- Define and govern integration patterns with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, Box, AWS/Azure, Vercel, and other systems.
- Design multi-tenant, multi-locale architecture supporting phased global rollout across 60+ country sites.
- Lead SSO and cascading authentication architecture across Sitecore sub-applications.
- Establish page template standards that balance global consistency with local market needs.
Delivery & Vendor Governance:
- Act as the primary technical counterpart to the system integrator, holding them accountable to architecture standards and delivery commitments.
- Participate in and support executive Steering Committee meetings.
- Drive architecture workshops, risk mitigation, and decision documentation.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to align decisions with long-term strategy.
Data, AI & Personalization:
- Architect the data and AI layer to enable intelligent search, personalization, and marketing-to-sales data flows.
- Support migration of content from Sprinklr and consolidation of Digital Asset Management into Sitecore.
- Collaborate on connecting marketing platform data to analytics and data warehouse platforms for KPI measurement.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 12+ years of solution architecture experience, with at least 4 years focused on enterprise CMS/DXP platforms (Sitecore strongly preferred).
- Proven experience delivering large-scale CMS re-platform or migration programs involving multiple system integrators and vendors.
- Experience designing multi-country, multi-language Sitecore architectures.
- Strong track record managing complex integration landscapes (CRM, DAM, identity, analytics, CDN) in a CMS context.
- Comfort operating in matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments with formal governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct hands-on experience with Sitecore AI / XM Cloud in a production environment.
- Experience with Sitecore's composable DXP stack (Content Hub, Search, Personalize, Send, CDP).
- Experience with Sprinklr migration or replacement.
- Headless CMS architecture with Vercel/Next.js.
- Salesforce CRM / Marketing Cloud (or Pardot) integration with CMS platforms.
- AWS or Azure hosting, CDN, and CI/CD experience for large public websites.
- Background in commercial real estate, financial services, or professional services digital platforms.
- Sitecore certifications (XM Cloud, Content Hub, or equivalent).
Soft Skills & Leadership:
- Ability to serve as the technical voice in executive-level steering committees.
