DESCRIPTION
BOWLING MECHANIC/ARCADE TECHNICIAN: The mechanic/technician will be responsible for repair and maintenance of all bowling and bowling maintenance equipment. Mechanic/technician will also be responsible for repair and maintenance of arcade video games, facilities show equipment and some facilities repair.
Enhance guest experience by maintaining bowling equipment and arcade games to 100% working order. Perform preventative maintenance on all bowling and arcade equipment. Answer bowling and game calls and help out at the bowling counter when necessary. While making rounds of the venue to ensure things are in working order, assist guests who are struggling with using games or are having issues with their game cards.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on bowling equipment per maintenance schedule.
  • Repair bowling equipment when needed.
  • Maintain, clean and oil bowling lanes.
  • Maintain lane cleaning machine.
  • Along with technical manager control and inventory bowling supplies.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on arcade video games.
  • Repair arcade video games.
  • Maintain facility show equipment
  • Perform facility repair when needed.

Skill/Experience: One year bowling mechanic experience or 2 year mechanical experience example: automotive repair, HVAC repair, related military experience. Would prefer some electronics repair.
Working Conditions:
  • Must be available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • May be indoors or outdoor setting depending on occasion with varied weather conditions
  • Will work near moving or mechanical parts
  • May work near toxic/caustic chemicals and with fumes or airborne particles

Note: Must have evening/night-time availability (not overnight).
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have PM shift availability. (Typically Sunday-Thursday: 3:00PM-11:30PM and Friday-Saturday: 5:30PM-1:30AM)
  • Must have weekend availability.
