Job Title: Injection Molding Technician

Job Overview

We are a small, fast-paced injection molding company running three shifts, Monday through Friday (24/5). We are looking for a skilled Injection Molding Technician to handle machine set-ups, mold changes, and processing on our 45-to-500-ton machines.

This is a GREAT job for an experienced Injection Molder, not an office job.

What You'll Do

  • Set up and tear down molds and auxiliary equipment.
  • Adjust machine settings (temperatures, pressures, cycle times) to fix defects and keep production running smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain injection molding machines to prevent downtime.
  • Support the team across shifts to keep our 24/5 operation moving efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Proven background in plastic injection molding setup and processing.
  • Machine Size: Hands-on experience with machines in the 45 to 500-ton range.
  • Maintenance Skills: Strong experience with machine maintenance is strongly preferred.
  • Arburg Experience: Familiarity with Arburg machinery is a big plus.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a 3-shift, 24/5 schedule.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay based on your experience.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision is 100% paid/funded.
  • A steady Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off.
  • A close-knit, small-team environment where your hard work is noticed.
