Job description

If you're an experienced sales arborist who enjoys working with customers as much as trees, we'd love to meet you.


What You'll Do:

As a Sales Arborist, you'll meet with homeowners and commercial clients to evaluate their tree care needs, recommend solutions, and prepare estimates for our services. You'll guide customers through the process from the initial consultation to the completion of the work while building long term relationships.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with new and existing customers to evaluate tree health and recommend services.
  • Preparing estimates and proposals for pruning, removals, plant health care, cabling, fertilization, and other tree care services.
  • Building relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Conducting property inspections and identifying potential safety concerns or tree health issues.
  • Working closely with our operations team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Following up with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity within our CRM.
  • Staying current on arboriculture practices, industry standards, and tree care techniques.


What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of experience in arboriculture, tree care, landscaping, or a related industry.
  • ISA Certified Arborist preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within six months of hire.
  • Strong knowledge of tree biology, pruning, removals, and plant health care.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and earn customer trust.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
