The Role:
TimelyCare is a clinically accountable virtual care provider built specifically for education. Through a seamless, easy-to-access platform, TimelyCare offers a comprehensive range of services, including a crisis line, mental health counseling, on-demand emotional support, medical care, psychiatric care, health coaching, success coaching, basic needs assistance, faculty and staff guidance, peer support, and self-guided wellness tools. TimelyCare drives clinically validated improvements in depression and anxiety, supporting healthier learning environments.
We are currently looking to contract with 1099 Fluent Bilingual Licensed Clinical Therapists who would provide therapy and support to the students, faculty, and staff we serve.We have a mental health team that consists of Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Clinical Psychologists. TimelyCare is looking for Bilingual providers who fluently speak any of the following languages: Arabic, Mandarin and/or Spanish.

Requirements for Contracted Services:
  • Required: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
  • Required: Bilingual or Multilingual providers who fluently speak any of the following languages: Arabic, Mandarin and/or Spanish
  • Active State License(s)
  • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills
  • Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning
  • Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment

What Our Contracted Therapist Do:
  • Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population
  • Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record
  • Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session
  • Communicate cross functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed
  • Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics

Expectations for Contracted Services:
  • Work with the student/client to establish and develop treatment goals and document accordingly
  • Utilize active listening skills and evidence based modalities (SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, ACT) in order to build rapport, establish boundaries, and progress student/client care
  • Submit appropriate documentation in the EHR (the TimelyCare platform) in a punctual manner
  • Prepared to adapt to the changing needs of the population we serve
  • Able to remain calm and maintain composure during a potential high stress scenario
  • Respond with empathy, professionalism, and meet clients where they are at
  • Model respectful conduct with all students, peers, and support staff

  • Professional boundaries: Clients will not have access to your phone number or email
