Responsibilities

·    Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for more than 40 software modules within our integrated ERP system, particularly accounting (e.g. AR, AP, GL)

·    Support users by guiding them through system features and the financial workflows associated with general ledger accounts, invoicing and financial reporting

·    Manage queue of open customer tickets and document resolution in CRM and internal KB, all in alignment with standards

·    Develop and present instructional materials for both onsite and web-based customer training

·    Collaborate with fellow technical agents and system developers to resolve complex technical issues, improve product usability and user experience, and test new system functionality

·    Provide onboarding assistance to new support team members


Qualifications

Required:

·    Associate’s Degree in IT, Accounting, Business or related field and minimum of 2 years of related experience in technical support or accounting role; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

·    Working knowledge of core accounting principles and workflows; must prove understanding of general ledger management

·    Proven history of exceptional customer service, particularly with conflict de-escalation

·    Experience training both individuals and groups of less than 25 using effective training methodologies, tools and techniques

·    Ability to present complex information simplistically to a variety of audiences

·    Natural aptitude to quickly learn custom software platforms

·    Strong critical thinking, decision-making and analytical skills

·    Strong project management, multitasking and organizational skills with keen attention to detail

·    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable service-oriented mindset

·    Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills

·    Ability to be resourceful, self-direct and work independently, showing initiative while seeking guidance when appropriate

·    Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

·    Ability to travel up to 10%


Preferred:

·    Bilingualism

·    Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM and ticketing platform

·    Previous experience with an ERP and in aftermarket distribution industry


Starting salary range = $50,000-$55,000
