ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Well established organization is seeking an experience Accounting Manager to join their team.

The Accounting Manager will be supervising staff overseeing operational accounting finance projects.

Responsibilities:

•Oversee and review AP, AR, Payroll, GL and month-end close process

• Approve payments and accounting entries

• Preparation of quarterly and year end audit

• Provide financial analysis and evaluation of financial data

• Prepare trend analyses including revenue and cash flow projection

• Develop and maintain documentation related to system use and internal controls

• Supervise and coordinate the development and writing of financial and other specialized reports

• Preparation of financial packages and reports for Board meetings

• Develop, mentor and train staff

• Identify, evaluate, and monitor generally accepted accounting principles


Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA or CPA track

• Minimum 10+ years in managing full range of financial accounting operations

• Experience working in non-profit industry

• Strong management and leadership experience

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
