Aquatica Orlando is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented Brand Manager to lead the day-to-day stewardship of one of the nation's premier water park brands. This role serves as the primary marketing lead for Aquatica Orlando, ensuring brand consistency, driving attendance and revenue, and connecting park operations with marketing execution across every consumer touchpoint.

The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with park leadership, corporate marketing partners, creative teams, media, digital, public relations, social media, and promotions to develop integrated marketing programs that inspire guests to visit and strengthen Aquatica Orlando's position as Orlando's premier water park.

This position is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you get to do:

Brand Leadership

  • Serve as the primary marketing representative and brand steward for Aquatica Orlando.
  • Own the annual marketing calendar, ensuring initiatives align with attendance, revenue, and guest experience objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive year-over-year marketing plans using historical performance, consumer insights, and competitive trends to continuously optimize business results.
  • Champion the Aquatica Orlando brand by ensuring consistent messaging and storytelling across every consumer touchpoint.

Integrated Marketing

  • Partner with the Integrated Marketing Manager to develop integrated campaigns across: Digital Media, Website, Email Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, Promotions & Partnerships, and Creative Services
  • Ensure all marketing disciplines receive timely event details, operational updates, promotional priorities, and campaign messaging.
  • Support campaign launches by participating in weekly marketing planning and media status meetings.

Event & Seasonal Marketing

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for Aquatica Orlando's seasonal events and key business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations to develop compelling guest experiences and translate them into consumer-facing campaigns.
  • Support capital attraction launches and major park announcements through integrated marketing strategies.

Digital & Guest Communications

  • Oversee Aquatica Orlando website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
  • Partner with the Corporate Email Marketing team to develop guest communication strategies focused on attendance, revenue growth, and database engagement.
  • Work alongside content creators to identify and prioritize photography, video, and creative asset needs that support marketing campaigns.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build strong partnerships across Park Operations, Admissions, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Public Relations, Social Media, and Corporate Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Integrated Marketing Manager and Promotions & Partnerships team to ensure alignment around business priorities and campaign execution.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor consumer trends, competitive activity, and water park industry developments to identify opportunities and recommend new marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly communicate competitive insights and emerging trends that can improve Aquatica Orlando's market position.
  • Keep the broader marketing organization informed of park developments, new attractions, food & beverage offerings, merchandise launches, and ancillary revenue opportunities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with consumer brands.

The successful Brand Manager will become the central connector between Aquatica Orlando and the broader Marketing organization - ensuring every campaign, event, and guest communication is strategically aligned, operationally informed, and flawlessly executed. This person will combine strategic thinking with exceptional execution to help grow attendance, increase revenue, strengthen the Aquatica Orlando brand, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
