Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor-IT or an Advanced Practice Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide evidenced based psychotherapy, on an out-patient basis to children, adolescents, adults and families. You will have complete autonomy over your schedule; while providing psychotherapy for a minimum of twenty-six clients per week, to be considered full-time. Our clinic is closed on Fridays; to provide our therapists a three-day weekend.  If you are a mental health therapist, who is motivated and passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!  

Responsibilities 
  • Perform intake assessments
  • Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods in individual and group therapy.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate and timely documentation of patient information, notes and treatment plan
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
  • Licensed Professional Counselor-IT or Advanced Practice Social Worker
  • Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Works well both individually and as a team
  • Highly organized
