  • Process assurance from concept to launch: Partner with new product development to plan supplier quality, perform risk assessments, and define APQP deliverables; oversee PPAP to production readiness.
  • Supplier qualification and growth: Team with Sourcing to evaluate and select suppliers, conduct capability and process audits, drive corrective actions, and mentor partners on our quality expectations.
  • Deviation and cost control: Lead nonconforming material disposition and cost recovery, coordinate with Quality Control on fault classification and escalation, and verify the effectiveness of 8D root cause and corrective actions.
