What is an APQP Program Manager?

An APQP Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process within a manufacturing or engineering organization. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure that quality requirements are met throughout the product development lifecycle. The APQP Program Manager manages project timelines, risk assessments, and communication between stakeholders to ensure that products meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.
