Job description

About the Role

As a member of the Growth Strategy team, you'll support Charlie Health's national expansion by helping drive territory design, role scoping, and account assignment for our Outreach team - and you'll do it with a heavy AI-assisted, data-driven lens. You'll build the models, analyses, and tooling that determine where we hire, how many roles we open each month, and how we structure rep coverage based on data, market opportunity, and growth objectives.

You'll lead territory builds, support regional reshuffling, and partner cross-functionally with Outreach leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Sales Ops to ensure accounts are assigned efficiently and roles are released on a strategic cadence aligned with company OKRs. You'll also work closely with RevOps (Systems & Automation), Analytics, and Data Science - building on top of the platforms, data infrastructure, and AI tooling stack RevOps owns; pulling from central data sources and aligning on metric definitions with Analytics; and leaning on Data Science for advanced modeling when needed. The differentiator in this role is your toolkit and how you wield it: you'll use Claude and other AI tools alongside low-code platforms like Hex, Retool, and n8n to build TAM models, account-scoring frameworks, capacity models, and rep performance analytics - shipping analytical assets fast without needing to write production code from scratch.

You'll also contribute to broader Growth Strategy initiatives related to market expansion, workforce planning analytics, and operational efficiency across the Outreach organization. You'll be given a high level of autonomy and responsibility, and we expect you to "think like an owner" - applying business judgment, not just executing analysis.

We're a team of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions. If you're inspired by our mission and energized by the opportunity to increase access to mental healthcare and impact millions of lives, apply today.

Responsibilities

  • Support territory mapping and book building for the Outreach team, using data and analytical models to ensure rep coverage is structured thoughtfully and deployed effectively
  • Build and maintain the core analytical assets that drive workforce planning - TAM models, account scoring, capacity models, coverage gap analyses, and rep performance analytics - using AI-assisted tooling and low-code platforms
  • Partner with Outreach leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Sales Ops to translate analytical outputs into clear recommendations on where to hire, when to open roles, and how to align coverage with growth priorities
  • Work closely with RevOps (Systems & Automation), Analytics, and Data Science to build on shared platforms and data infrastructure, align on data sources and metric definitions, and lean on advanced modeling when needed
  • Own the account cycling process - regularly auditing book composition, flagging stale or low-priority accounts, and surfacing reassignment or removal recommendations to ensure rep books stay accurate and well-calibrated to market opportunity
  • Use market intelligence datasets to size addressable markets, identify coverage gaps, and pressure-test TAM assumptions underlying territory and hiring decisions
  • Use Claude, Hex, Retool, n8n, and similar tools to automate manual workflows, scale account research, analyze rep activity and outcomes, and build self-serve analytics for the broader team
  • Conduct experiment analysis and quantitative diagnostics on Outreach performance to surface where coverage, books, or hiring decisions need to change
  • Improve territory mapping, workforce planning, and book-building processes through scalable, AI-assisted enhancements
  • Apply sound business judgment when data is incomplete or ambiguous, and prepare clear, defensible recommendations for Growth Strategy leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-2 years of full-time experience (or relevant internship experience) in a hands-on technical/analytical role: GTM/RevOps analytics, growth or BizOps at a startup, analytics engineering, applied data science, or similar
  • Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools - Claude, ChatGPT, or similar - including writing prompts, chaining outputs, and automating analytical workflows. Concrete examples expected
  • Demonstrated experience building in low-code or no-code platforms - Hex, Retool, n8n, Zapier, Make, AppSheet, or similar. Bonus if applied to mapping, territory design, or sales/operations workflows
  • SQL literacy - able to read, debug, and validate queries (including AI-generated ones), and write basic queries when needed. Hex + AI-assisted environments are the expected daily driver
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into models, dashboards, or tooling
  • Sound business judgment - comfortable making logical calls when data is incomplete, and able to translate analytical output into defensible recommendations
  • Microsoft Office proficiency - Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with TAM modeling, capacity planning, account scoring, or forecasting
  • Exposure to mapping or territory tools (eSpatial, MapAnything, Maptive, or similar)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Python or R experience (not required - Hex + AI handle most of what would otherwise require it)
  • Prior exposure to GTM strategy, sales ops, RevOps, consulting, or banking environments - a plus, not a requirement, and only meaningful when paired with the must-haves above
