CSCI is looking for an innovative Power Apps Developer to support a variety of cutting-edge projects and help drive impactful initiatives for a government agency's CFO organization in a dynamic DoD joint command environment. As a key player in our team, you'll deliver services and solutions for clients using Microsoft's PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations

  • Design and developed Power Apps Canvas apps integrated with SharePoint Lists and Document Libraries to support structured data entry and document management
  • Configure SharePoint Lists with custom columns, content types, and views to serve as backend data sources for Power Apps
  • Build Power Apps to perform CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) against SharePoint Lists using delegationaware queries
  • Integrate SharePoint Document Libraries to enable file upload, download, metadata tagging, and document association directly within Power Apps
  • Implement Power FX formulas for filtering, sorting, Patch operations, conditional visibility, and validation tied to SharePoint data
  • Apply rolebased access control by aligning Power Apps logic with SharePoint permissions and Azure AD groups
  • Optimize performance by handling delegation limits, indexing SharePoint columns, and minimizing non-delegable formulas
  • Support document-centric workflows by combining SharePoint Libraries with Power Automate for approvals, notifications, and lifecycle tracking
Minimum Requirements
  • You must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Federal or DoW Security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, or Power BI to show off your tech skills
  • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
  • Past experience working with a Federal agency
  • Department of War experience is a plus!
