Job Summary:
Works with install technicians and service techs in a support role to assist with the completion of installs and service calls. Assists with daily workload.
  • Requires excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.

Develop and maintain proficiency in the following areas:
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Equipment interconnection and cable routing
  • Pre-wire and retro-wire standards and practices
  • Basic troubleshooting of simple systems
  • Completion of ProSource University within the first year of employment

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
  • Familiar with desktop and mobile computing
  • Must be competent with power tools, measuring
  • must be able to lift 75lbs and hold up to 30lbs for prolonged periods of time.
  • Clean driving record and background check
