Are you a hands-on person with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn a valuable, in-demand trade? Pick's Gallery is seeking a motivated Installer Apprentice to join our growing team. We install a wide range of beautiful and functional home products, from fireplaces to custom shower doors and outdoor kitchens. This is your opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and build a stable, long-term career.
Position Summary:

As an Installer Apprentice, you will support our Lead Installers in all aspects of the job. You will learn the fundamentals of installation, safety protocols, and customer service while actively contributing to the success of each project. This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to advance into a Skilled Installer position.
What You'll Do (Essential Duties):

  • Assist Lead Installers with the installation of fireplaces, glass shower doors, mirrors, and other home products.
  • Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after installation.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment from company vehicles.
  • Learn to use hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
  • Observe and absorb technical knowledge, installation techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Provide excellent support to both the team and our customers.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A strong desire to learn a skilled trade.
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with your hands.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction well.
  • Positive attitude and works well as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable working on ladders, at various heights, and occasionally in tight spaces.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods.
