Millwright 4th Year Apprentice – Afternoons
Location: London, ON

Our client is seeking experienced Millwrights or 4th Year Apprentices to support plant maintenance operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Join a strong, team-oriented organization focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will maintain and repair facility, production, packaging, and refrigeration equipment while supporting safety, production efficiency, and plant improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair refrigeration, hot water, and production equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and complete assigned maintenance projects.
  • Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and packaging machinery.
  • Accurately document work performed, parts used, and outstanding repairs.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams in a safety-focused environment.
  • Follow all Health & Safety, HACCP, and GMP standards.

Requirements
  • Licensed Millwright or 4th Year Apprentice
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience maintaining industrial plant equipment including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and automated machinery.
